Nope. We enjoy helping teams on a project basis (e.g. network upgrades, cloud migration, device deployment). We also consult, augment, and train existing IT teams in larger organizations.

MSAs are a monthly, subscription-based fee that can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. The precise cost is wholly dependent on the services required to achieve your technology and business goals. Bringing in our entire team is usually comparable in cost to having just one in-house IT person.

We enjoy working with teams that view themselves as a community, not a machine. We become part of your team and we’ll inevitably spend a lot of time together, so letʼs make it fun! We’ve found growing teams with 10 or more benefit the most from an MSA.  Our MSA is perfect for growing teams that value collaborating with experts and see technology as an investment versus an expense.

Great question. Well, because our motto “we love helping people” remains true after 11 years in business. We believe teamwork makes the dream work. As a team, we continue to learn, adapt, and lead — constantly improving not out of competition but out of sheer passion. We believe in specializing, that’s why we each play a specific role. Not everyone can, or should, do everything — and those that try aren’t very happy.

It starts with a brief phone call to make sure we’re a good fit.  Then we’ll then meet face-to-face for a deeper discussion to learn where you are and where you’d like to go. To help this process, we need as much information youʼre able to share. You should get up-to-date documentation from whoever is currently supporting your technology. If this isn’t possible, then we can help create it (we call this Phase 0).  Based on these discussions and research, we would make a plan with you to investigate further and build a project scope and/or MSA contract.
